Chef Omar Ben Hammou

Born in Lima, Peru, he acquired his passion for food at the early age of eight in the family kitchen, with his mother and grandmother, both named Lila.
Chef Ben Hammou finds inspiration for his creations from his travels and work in several countries, from memories of his home town in Peru, from his years in New York City, and from the mentorship of chefs Rafael Osterling, Eric Ripert, Alex Atala and Ignacio Mattos.
